Photography for environmental organisations

By 7th December 2017Skills on offer

First year photography students from UWE Bristol are working on a brief to create a small publication that explores and promotes Bristol’s green credentials as a city in which to live, work, play and learn.

We are looking for businesses and organisations that would like to work with one or two students, who would take photographs of your organisation that you could use for promotion (e.g. on websites, social media, posters, leaflets, publications etc). They would use the images they take for you in a dummy publication to hand in for assessment.

The aim is to give students the experience of working with a ‘real world’ client whilst giving you the opportunity to commission some new images of your organisation.

The students would need to meet you once to agree a brief (i.e. what you would like them to photograph for you and how you would like your organisation to be shown). They will then return to take the photographs on one or two occasions, for half a day.

The photography for this project would take place between December 2017 and April 2018, and will be fully supported by the Photography staff at UWE.
