Mentoring is a fulfilling experience for you and a student. You’ll gain professional development skills vital for leadership roles, including coaching and active listening, whilst giving a student insight into your sector helping them to shape their path beyond graduation.

As a mentor, you will typically attend three meetings with an individual or small group of students over a calendar year, providing advice and guidance based on your expertise and experience.
